If you are not delighted with your SnugFleece products, please call or visit your retailer within 30 days. All items must be returned in new condition, to place of purchase, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

One Year Manufacturing Warranty:

SnugFleece Woolens offers a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. SnugFleece will repair or replace the item if it fails to give normal wear, under normal use, for one year from date of purchase.  SnugFleece reserves the right to determine if the item has been abused or care instructions have not been followed.

Include a note stating the problem with your name, phone number, and e-mail addresses.  Before warranty service can be rendered, returns must be accompanied by original sewn on vendor law label and dated sales receipt for proof of purchase.  This warranty is void when damage is determined to be caused by misuse or abuse, or the care instructions specified on the manufacturer's label have not been followed.  This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.  Manufacturer makes no other warranties that extend beyond those specified above.
